  • GPR concrete scan markings showing rebar and conduit locations on a slab before saw cutting, by US360VIEW in Texas

    General Contractors

Every saw cut, core, and demo on your job carries risk until you know what’s inside the slab. US360VIEW uses Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) to locate rebar, post-tension cables, conduit, and embedded piping before your crews start work. That protects your schedule, your budget, and your people.

    Our process is simple:

GPR scanning each core, saw cut, trench, and demo location your team identifies, then marking everything we find directly on the concrete so crews see clear zones before they start.

Every job site is different in slab type, access, and schedule, but our goal is the same: give you documented due diligence, with photo records and mapped results in CAD, GIS, or KMZ. And when the project extends outside the building, the same team can locate your underground utilities too.

    Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Subcontractors

Plumbers, electricians, and mechanical crews put more holes in concrete than anyone else on the job. US360VIEW scans and marks safe locations for floor penetrations, wall cores, anchors, and hangers, so every hole goes in the right place the first time.

    Our process is simple:

GPR scanning your planned penetration, sleeve, anchor, and trapeze hanger locations, then marking rebar, PT cables, and live conduit on the surface so your installers can drill with confidence.

Whether it’s new construction or a building with missing as-builts, we find existing conduit and piping in the slab before you add new runs. No radiation and no area shutdowns, so the other trades keep working while we scan.

  • Post-tension tendon locations mapped and marked on an elevated concrete deck using GPR scanning by US360VIEW

    Post-Tension & Elevated Decks

Cutting a post-tension tendon is one of the most expensive mistakes on a job site. A cut cable can release with dangerous force, compromise the structure, and require an engineered repair. US360VIEW locates PT tendons, anchors, and rebar in elevated decks and slabs-on-grade before any cutting or coring begins.

    Our process is simple:

GPR scanning the core or cut location along with the surrounding area, tracing tendon paths and marking them on the deck so your crew can find a safe spot, often just inches from the planned location.

Because GPR only needs access to one side of the slab, we can scan elevated decks without shoring, evacuation, or X-ray safety zones. You get real-time results on site and photo documentation for your records.
